Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. By Participant: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   
   
2. By Vertex League: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
   
   

Limitation of Liability

Vertex League will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services.
