3. Communication: After a thorough review, Vertex League will communicate its decision to the client via email. The decision will be final and binding.

Considerations: In reviewing refund requests, Vertex League will consider factors such as non-conformance with service or product specifications, documented failures in delivery or performance, and any mitigating circumstances that may have affected the quality of the service or product received by the client.



Limitations and Conditions



- Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the product delivery or service completion date.

- Non-Transferable: Refund requests are non-transferable and must be made by the original purchaser or the individual/company to whom the service was directly provided.
